2.02 - The Morning After, Part 2 Ashley: Way to crash my grief. Who the hell does she think she is? Spencer: Your sister? Ashley: No, my nothing. Where do I put this? I am so pissed of with my dad. How could he do this to me, to mom? Okay, I understand how he could do it to mom, but he loved me. Spencer: Yes, he did. But you know, that hasn't changed. Ashley: No, everything's changed. Maybe the girl is just here for the money and when she gets it she'll leave. Spencer: Maybe and, you know, maybe she feels exactly like you do. Confused, cheated, I don't know, sad. Ashley: Do not shrink me, Spence. She doesn't know how I feel. She doesn't know anything about me. Spencer: Look, I'm just trying to- I don't know, help you. Ashley: I know. God, this is so like him. It's always about the drama. I hate him for this. [Spencer comforts Ashley] [Aiden pins her down on his bed. He then leans in to kiss her] Ashley: I'm with Spencer now. Aiden: I know. And I'm happy for you guys. But does that mean I still can't think about us? Ashley: No. [Aiden leans in again] Did I mention I'm with Spencer? Aiden: Yeah. Spencer: Did you spend the night with Aiden? Ashley: Yeah. But not like she thinks. I had a fight with Kyla, okay, I went over there because I knew I could. Spencer: And you didn't think you could come to me? Ashley: I know I can go to you, Spencer. But, I can't always go to your house. I'm sorry. I should have at least called you. Spencer: That's right, you should have. Ashley: Don't push it. Spencer: Wait, what did you wear to sleep in? Ashley: Nothing. [Spencer playfully shoves Ashley] I'm just kidding. God, I wore my socks. Ashley: I'm thinking about moving out while Kyla's staying with us. Spencer: Where would you live? Ashley: I just get my own apartment. I'm suddenly rich, remember? Spencer: But, not until you're eighteen, remember? Ashley: Oh, that's right. Thank you for completely destroying my fantasy. Spencer: I could help you with some of your other fantasies, if you'll let me- Ashley: Spencer Carlin, you're gay! Spencer: Only with you. [Spencer gives Ashley her vest back] Ashley: Where did you get this? Spencer: You so don't want to know. Ashley: Thank you- Thank you so much for not letting me disappear. Be alone. Spencer: You're not alone. I'm not going anywhere. [Spencer and Ashley hug] |
